Changes in the charter of Tsesnabank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, July 1, 05/ - Tsesnabank JSC (Astana), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE about inclusion of changes in the bank's charter. The changes were confirmed by the bank's General shareholders meeting on April 22 of 2005. In accordance with the changes location of the bank's Executive committee is as follows: 29, Pobeda ave., 010000, Astana, Kazakhstan. Besides there have been included changes concerned with the authorized capital and number of the bank's shares. The bank's authorized capital totals KZT1.0 bn. and has been divided into 750,000 common and 250,000 privileged shares.
