Alliance Bank JSC (Kazakhstan) about the 5th coupon payment on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, June 23, 05/ - Alliance Bank JSC (Almaty) has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with official letter that on June 23, 2005 the bank paid the fifth coupon interest on its subordinate bonds of the first issue (KZ2CKY07A701; KASE's official "А" listing category, ASBNb1; KZT1, KZT3,000.0 m.; December 23, 02 - December 23, 09; indexed by the level tenge devaluation semi-annual coupon 9.0% APR). According to the issuer's information, sum of the payment totaled KZT117,979,694.13 (after deduction of taxes KZT113,761,920.06). Judging on the mentioned sum of the coupon payment, by register fixation date (May 23, 05) the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation. [2005-06-23]
