Shareholders of Razvedka Dobycha KazMunayGas JSC (Kazakhstan) confirmed deals, which company is interested in and deals increasing company's liabilities

/KASE, June 8, 05/ - Razvedka Dobycha KazMunayGas JSC (Astana, the company), whose shares are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of minutes of its prescheduled general shareholders meeting, which was held on May 17 of 2005. According to the agenda shareholders approved decisions of company's Board of directors: - about making of deals, which the company is interested in - about making of an additional agreement about inclusion of changes and additions in the agreement of crude oil purchase and sale, which are concerned with changing of a side in the agreement, and agreement about consent for advance payment, increasing company's liabilities by the amount equaling to 25% and more from its equity capital Company's primary activities are exploration and survey works, development of oil, gas and gas-condensate fields; production and transportation of oil and gas; initial oil preparation and gas refining, sale of hydrocarbon raw stuff and products of its refining.
