FSA registered the fourth bond issue of BTA Ipoteka JSC (Kazakhstan) within bond program

/KASE, June 7, 05/ - BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of certificate issued by Kazakhstan Agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) dated June 1, 2005 about the state registration of the fourth issue of bonds within company's bond program. According to the documents volume of issue of unsecured coupon bonds is KZT2.0 bn., security's face value is KZT100.00. Bonds have been assigned KZPC4Y05B331 national identification number.
