/KASE, May 30, 05/ - KazTransCom JSC (Almaty, the company), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "A" listing category, has presented to KASE a copy of minutes of the meeting of its Board of directors, which was held on March 29 of 2005. According to the document company's Board of directors decided: - in accordance with changing of the post stop ahead of time authorities of M. Abdrakhmanov as the Chairman of Executive committee - General director of the company and elect A. Yerzhanov for this post, having released him from the post of the First deputy General director of the company. - Chairman of the company's Board of directors has to make an individual labor agreement for one calendar year with A.
