KTZh to make a debut issue of eurobonds in September for about $150 m. - company's head

/INTERFAX-KAZAKHSTAN, Astana, April 19, 05/ - Kazakhstan temir zholy
(KTZh) the national railway company intends to make a debut issue of
eurobonds for about $150 m. in September of this year, Erlan Atamkulov
KTZh's president said.
"We have almost finished negotiations with European financial houses. Most
probably, eurobonds for about $150 m. will be issued already in September.
We are going to get more $150 m. due to a new credit line of two banks, one
of them is ABN AMRO BANK, - he said to "Liter" newspaper in the interview
published on Tuesday.
Atamkulov says these borrowed funds will equal to about 30% of total
investments volume totaling KZT54 bn. (current 130.61/$1), which company
intends to invest in this year into its investment projects, in particular,
into reconstruction and building of new railroads in western region of
Kazakhstan, and into rolling-stock renewal.
