FSA approved 6th issue bond floatation report by Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, February 15, 05/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) with bonds and shares listed under official "A" listing of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) presented a copy of notification by The Agency for financial market and financial originations regulation and supervision (Financial Supervision Agency - FSA) dated February 10, 2005. According to the notification the FSA approved bond floatation report with respect to the sixth issue of securities of the company (KZ2CKY10B455; official "А" category list, CCBNb6; KZT1,000, KZT1,300.0 m; Dec 29, 04 - Dec 29, 14, inflation linked semiannual coupon, 9.00% APR for current period).
