/KASE, February 18, 05/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated February 15, 2005 bonds of Kazakhstan Kagazy
JSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY05B448; KKAGb1; KZT1.00,
KZT4.0 bn., February 18, 05 - February 18, 10, semi-annual coupon indexed
on inflation rate, 30/360) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing
category.
The decision took effect from February 18, 2005 as the issuer paid the
listing fees for these bonds. Date trades are launched at KASE will be
announced later.
Kazkommerts Invest JSC (Almaty) jointly with Financial Company
Alliance Capital JSC (Almaty) act as financial consultants of the issue. The
latter fulfils the functions of a market maker.
