KazTransCom OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the third coupon payment on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, January 26, 04/ - KazTransCom OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on January 27, 2005 it paid the third coupon to holders of tenge devaluation indexed bonds of the first emission (KZ2CKY07A834; KASE's official "A" listing category, KZTCb1; 3,000.0 m.; July 25, 03 - July 25, 10; semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR). According to the issuer's information sum of the payment was KZT 117,386,204.00 excluding tax withheld at source. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment, as of December 12, 2004 the whole emission volume was outstanding. [2005-01-26]
