/KASE, December 30, 04/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated December 29 of 2004 common shares
KZ1C11750011 and privileged shares KZ1P11750117 of KazTransCom
JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category under
KZTC and KZTCp symbols correspondingly.
Date, on which the decision will take effect will be announced later after the
issuer pays the entrance and the first annual listing fees for these
securities.
Issuer's financial consultant on shares bringing to the organized market is
AIM JSC (Almaty).
Company registered 4 share issues, among which the first, the third and the
fourth ones are acting. The second share issue was annulled on December
21 of 2001. The fourth issue was registered by Kazakhstan agency for
financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision on
October 15 of 2004 and divided into 2,387,100 common and 115,738
privileged shares (including shares of the first and the third issues). This
issue has been included in the State securities register under the number
А1175. Shares were issued in non-documentary form.
Company's shareholders register is maintained by Fondoviy Center JSC
(Almaty).
Company's primary activities are providing companies and organizations of
oil and gas and other branches of economy and population with all types of
communication.
