Common shares of Foreign insurance company Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Kazakhstan) pass listing procedure at KASE under "A" category

/KASE, December 15, 04/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) Council dated December 14 of 2004 common shares of Foreign insurance company Kazakhinstrakh JSC (Almaty) have been included in KASE's official "A" listing category. At KASE the shares have KZIS symbol. Date, on which the decision will take effect will be announced later after the issuer pays the entrance and the first annual listing fees for these securities (Agreement about listing between KASE and Foreign insurance company Kazakhinstrakh JSC has been made already). Since 1999 till 2003 the company made three share issues. On December 4 of 2003 National Bank of Kazakhstan exchanged old certificates about the state registration of company's share issues for a new one in accordance with bringing national identification number of company's shares in conformity with the requirements of the legislation. In accordance with the new certificate the issue has been divided into 239,500 common shares. As of October 1 of 2004 company's shares had been entirely floated and paid in the amount of KZT239,500.0 th. Company's shareholders register is maintained by Fondovyi Center CJSC (Almaty).
