/KASE, November 25, 04/ - BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, informed KASE that on November 22, 2004 the company has signed agreement about credit line for the amount of USD5 m. with SB Alfa-Bank OJSC (Almaty) for 1 year. More detailed information about terms of loan is not given. We remind, that in October of the current year Standard and Poor's rating company assigned BTA Ipoteka JSC rating at the level of "В+/В", with stable prognosis. According to company's information within 9 months of 2004 net profit of BTA Ipoteka JSC equaled to KZT249.3 m. (for the whole 2003 - KZT187.3 m.). In comparison with the beginning of the year assets of the company increased 1.6 times and as on October 1, 2004 equaled to KZT7,469.5 m. As on October 1, 2004 shareholder's equity equaled to KZT1,669 m., increasing compared with the beginning of 2004 6 times.
