FSA registered announced share issue of KazTransCom JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 24, 04/ - KazTransCom JSC (Atyrau oblast), whose bonds are included in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 15, 2004 Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) registered issue of announced shares. In accordance with the certificate about the state registration, the copy of which KASE has, the issue has been divided into 2,387,100 common shares KZ1C11750011 and 115,738 preference shares KZ1P11750117. By the date of registration of changes in specification of the share issue (October 15, 04) 1,989,150 common and 115,738 preference shares of KazTransCom JSC had been floated and paid, authorized capital was KZT42,099,760. According to the company certificate about state registration of shares issue was given by FSA taking into account previously issued 1,989,150 common and 115,738 preference shares.
