On January 5 of 2005 Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) to hold absentee voting concerning increasing of its liabilities

/KASE, November 22, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose securities are circulating in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "А" listing category, has informed KASE by the official letter about holding of absentee voting of its shareholders concerning "Increasing the bank's liabilities by 10% and more of bank's shareholders equity and confirmation of the decision about making of a big deal on issuing eurobonds at international capital markets for up to 200 m. USD/EUR". The list of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the absentee voting, will be composed based on information contained in shareholders register of Bank CenterCredit JSC as of November 1 of 2004. Ballots for absentee voting will be delivered to shareholders by sending registered letters to addresses specified in the banks' shareholders register. Deadline for presenting ballots for the absentee voting is January 5 of 2005. Date for presenting ballot by a shareholder is the date of his registration by the bank.
