/KASE, November 16, 04/ - BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category, has informed KASE that on December 13 of 2004 it will hold prescheduled general shareholders meeting. The agenda comprises the question about increasing of company's liabilities. Place of meeting holding: 52b, Abay ave., Almaty. In case the quorum is absent the next meeting will be held on December 14 of 2004 at the same time and in the same place. Date for making the list of shareholders, who have the right to participate in the meeting, has been complied as of November 11 of 2004 on the basis of data of shareholders registers system.
