FSA approved report about results of floatation of the 5th issue bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 11, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), has presented to KASE copy of notification of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) dated November 08, 2004 about approval of statements about results of floatation of Bank CenterCredit JSC bonds of the fifth issue (KZ2CKY03B294, CCBNb5; KZT1, KZT500.0 m; September 24, 04 - September 24, 07, semi-annual coupon 8.5% APR), secured by pool of mortgage certificates on agreement of mortgage loans of the bank. The above bond issue was registered by FSA on September 7, 2004 under the number B29. The issue was divided into 500,000,000 mortgage bonds with nominal value KZT1.0 each. As per submitted information as on October 8, 2004 bonds of this issue are fully placed and paid. [2004-11-11]
