FSA approved report about results of floatation of the 4th issue bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, November 11, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are traded in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), has presented to KASE copy of notification of Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on regulation and supervision of financial market and financial organizations (FSA) dated November 08, 2004 about approval of statements about results of floatation of BankCenterCredit JSC bonds of the forth issue (KZ2CKY07B287, official KASE listing of A category, CCBNb4; KZT1, KZT2,000.0 m; September 24, 04 - September 24, 11, floating semi-annual coupon by inflation index, 9.0% APR for the first year of circulation). The above bond issue was registered by FSA on September 7, 2004 under the number B28. The issue was divided into 2,000,000,000 subordinated bonds without securing nominal value KZT1.0 each.
