BTA Ipoteka JSC (Kazakhstan) about full floatation of its 2nd bond issue

/KASE, November 11, 04/ - BTA Ipoteka JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are
traded in Kazakhstan stock exchange's (KASE) official "B" listing category,
has informed KASE about ending of primary floatation of its second issue
bonds secured by the pawn of demand rights on mortgage borrowing
agreements (KZ2CKY10B257; BTAIb2; KZT1, KZT1,500.0 m.; October 21,
04 - October 21, 14, semi-annul coupon indexed on inflation rate, 9.00%
APR for the first coupon period, 30/360). As the issuer's message says the
bonds have been floated entirely.
We're reminding that 10% of these securities registered issue volume were
floated at specialized trades of KASE on October 22. Then the issuer offered
150 m. bonds and satisfied 4 bids for purchasing the whole offered volume
for a total of KZT150,036,685.22. Bids were satisfied at clean price of
99.9995% of bond's face value that corresponded to yield of bonds to
maturity for a purchaser at the rate of 9.00% APR.
The message says that on the same day by subscription the issuer floated
these securities for a total of KZT1.088 bn. Thus, only on October 22 BTA
Ipoteka JSC sold at the primary market 82.5% of its instruments of the
second issue.
Following sales let the issuer finish primary floatation in full volume on
November 9 of 2004.
