FSA registered announced share issue of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 29, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are in the official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc. (KASE), has informed KASE that on October 18 of 2004 Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (FSA) registered issue of announced shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC. In accordance with the certificate about the state registration, the copy of which KASE has, the issue has been divided into 45,316,695 common shares KZ1C36280010. By the date of registration of changes in specification of the share issue (October 18, 04) 35,316,695 common shares of Bank CenterCredit JSC had been floated and paid, authorized capital was KZT7,063,339,000. According to the bank's information the Board of directors took the decision about floatation of 10 m. additionally issued common shares on October 26 of 2004.
