/KASE, October 21, 04/ - By the decision of Kazakhstan stock exchange's
(KASE) Council dated October 20 of 2004 bonds of BTA Ipoteka JSC
(Almaty) of the second issue (KZ2CKY10B257; KZT1,500.0 m., KZT1,
October 21, 04 - October 21, 14, semi-annual coupon indexed on inflation
rate), which are secured by pledging of chose action on the contracts of
mortgage borrowing, have been included in KASE's official "B" listing
category. At KASE the bonds have been assigned trade code BTAIb2.
The decision took effect since October 21 of 2004, because the issuer paid
listing fee for these securities.
Trades in the bonds at KASE's secondary market will be opened since
October 26. Bonds will be traded there in clean prices with the accuracy of
four decimal figures.
