AFN has approved report about results of floatation of shares of CenterCredit Bank JSC (Kazakhstan)

/KASE, October 20, 2004/ - CenterCredit Bank JSC (Almaty), whose shares and bonds are circulating under official "A" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE), has presented to KASE the copy of notification of Kazakhstan agency for financial market and financial organizations regulation and supervision (AFN) dated October 05 of 2004 about confirmation of the report about results of floatation of the bank's shares. The mentioned issue was registered by AFN on March 12 of 2004.and put on the State list of emission securities with the number A3628.Emission is divided on 35,316,695 common shares with authorized capital KZT 7,063,339,000.
