Bank CenterCredit JSC (Kazakhstan) says BTA Mortgage JSC (Kazakhstan) paid the 3rd coupon on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, September 29, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty), which is the Representative of holders of mortgage bonds of BTA Mortgage JSC (Almaty) of the first issue (KZ2CKY07A867; KASE's official "B" listing category, BTAIb1; KZT10,000.00; KZT500.0 m; December 26, 03 - December 26, 10; three-month coupon with floating rate, 10.0% APR for the current period), and also the Payment agent of these bonds issuer, has informed Kazakhstan stock exchange (KASE) with the official letter that on September 28 of 2004 there was paid the third coupon interest to holders of bonds of BTA Mortgage JSC in the amount of KZT12,125,000. Judging on the mentioned sum of charges the whole volume of registered bonds was in circulation by register fixation date (September 25, 04). [2004-09-29]
