KazTransCom OJSC (Kazakhstan) informed about the second coupon payment on its 1st issue bonds

/KASE, July 27, 04/ - KazTransCom OJSC (Almaty) informed Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) with the official letter about the fact that on July 26, 2004 it paid the second coupon to holders of tenge devaluation indexed bonds of the first emission (KZ2CKY07A834; KASE's official "A" listing category, KZTCb1; 3,000.0 m.; July 25, 03 - July 25, 10; semi-annual coupon 8.0% APR). According to the issuer's information sum of the payment was KZT 119,864,000.00 including tax at the source - KZT 4,222,146.00. Judging on the mentioned sum of coupon payment, as of June 25, 2004 the whole emission volume was outstanding. [2004-07-27]
