Bank's register holder is Fondoviy center CJSC (Almaty). According to the extract announced authorized capital of Halyk savings bank of Kazakhstan JSC by the mentioned date was KZT11,206,888,800.00, total number of shareholders - 32,509, including 10 juridical persons, 32,498 physical persons and one nominal holder. As of April 1 of 2004 there were 163,663 common shares on the issuer's re-issue account, on issue account - 13,100,611.
