Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Kazakhstan) set new coupon rate for 3rd issue bonds - 12.6%

/KASE, June 7, 04/ - Bank CenterCredit OJSC (Almaty) officially informed KASE that new value of coupon rate for inflation indexed subordinate bonds of the third issue (KZ2CRY07A750, KASE's official "A" listing category, CCBNb3; 1 tenge, 2,000.0 m;) set at 12.6% APR. The rate is set for third subsequent period of bonds circulation. In the second one rate was at 13.3%. According to bonds emission terms interest rate is calculated as R=i+6%, where I - inflation rate set by Statistics Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for twelve months preceded to a month of coupon rate settlement.
