/KASE, April 27, 04/ - Kazneftekhim JSC (Almaty),whose bonds are listed under official "B" category of Kazakhstan stock Exchange Inc. informed KASE about acquisiton of 95% stake in Kazneftekhim - Kopa LLP (Aktobe region) for KZT95.0 th. According to announcement, Kazneftekhim -Kopa LLP entered into agreement with the government of the RK on November 4, 2002 on subsurface use and extraction of hydrocarbons at Kopa field in Aktobe region.
