/IRBIS, Ranida Gabdeyeva, April 7, 04/ - National company Kazakstan temir zholy CJSC (NC KTZh CJSC, Astana), which is the first-class issuer of promissory notes with rediscount limit equal to KZT1.5 bn. by classification of the National Bank of Kazakhstan, on April 6 of 2004 issued common commercial promissory notes to the total amount of KZT450.0 m. for six months. Message of Treasury department of NC KTZh CJSC spread today says about it. Financial operator of the issue is Alliance Bank OJSC (Almaty).
