/KASE, May 6, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on May 4, 2024 the Management
Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds
KZ2P00011299 (MFKMb4; KZT1,000, KZT20.0 bn; 360 days; annual coupon;
will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session
for the offering of bonds; 30/360) of Microfinance Organization "KMF" LLP
(Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's main
market.
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is May 6, 2024.
The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced later.
