/KASE, April 29, 2024/ – Nurbank JSC (Almaty), whose securities are officially
listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that the annual
general meeting of its shareholders will be held on May 28, 2024, at 10:00 am,
with seven issues on the agenda, including:
- approval of the bank's unconsolidated (separate) annual financial statements
for 2023;
- approval of the audited annual consolidated financial statements of the bank
for 2023;
- approval of the procedure for distribution of the bank's net income for 2023,
making a decision on payment of dividends on ordinary shares and amount of
dividends per ordinary share of the bank for 2023.
