/KASE, April 16, 2024/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 4, 2024, N.
Godunova was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine people: A. Ryskulov, Ulf Wokurka, K. Irubayev,
Y. Berdigulov, Y. Otynshiyev, John McKay, Aleksandr Schirhuber, N. Godunova,
N. Sauranbayev.
