/KASE, April 12, 2024/ – National managing holding "Baiterek" JSC (Astana),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated April 5, 2024, R.
Karagoishin was elected a member of the holding's Board of Directors.
Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of National
managing holding "Baiterek" JSC consists of ten people: O. Bektenov, A.
Yergaliev, R. Sklyar, N. Baibazarov, M. Takiev, K. Sharlapaev, R. Karagoishin,
Daniel A. Witt, Marie-Helen Berard, Manfred Grundke.
