listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE about the

revised the Bank's outlook from "Stable" to "Positive".
Additionally, we inform you that the Bank's long-term and short-term credit
ratings have been affirmed at "B-/B" and that the rating on national scale has
been upgraded from "kzBB-" to "kzBB".
