/KASE, February 27, 2024/ – NC Kazakhstan temir zholy JSC (Astana), whose
bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that as of February 13, 2024, A. Smolina was elected as a member of the
company's Management Board.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of NC Kazakhstan
temir zholy JSC consists of nine persons: N. Sauranbaev, B. Urynbasarov,
A. Akhmetzhanov, K. Almagambetov, D. Kusherov, Y. Nagaspaev, S. Keulimzhaev,
Y. Koishibaev, A. Smolina.
