/KASE, February 27, 2024/ – Marganec Zhairema JSC (Qaraghandy region),
whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
notified KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 20,
2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of
Directors:
- removed: M. Kudekov;
- elected: B. Toleuov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Marganets
Zhairema JSC consists of five persons: D. Jandosova, A. Nurlanov, S.
Prokopiev, B. Rakishev, B. Toleuov.
