(Astana), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange
(KASE), has provided KASE with the following press release dated February 9,

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of National Economy of the Republic of
Kazakhstan, Nurlan Baibazarov, recently introduced Rustam Karagoishin as the
new leader of Baiterek Holding.
Rustam Karagoishin, born in 1983, holds degrees from the Kazakhstan Institute
of Management, Economics and Forecasting, as well as the International
Academy of Business, including a Master of Business Administration.
His professional journey began in 2004 at the Development Bank of Kazakhstan,
a subsidiary of Baiterek Holding, where he held roles ranging from manager to
head of the project analysis department. Between 2007 and 2011, he served as
Managing Director and Member of the Board at DBK-Leasing JSC.
From 2011 to 2015, Karagoishin worked as head of the foreign economic activity
department at Petroleum Operating LLP, Chairman of the Board at Credit
Systems LLP, and as Deputy General Director and subsequently General
Director at Sberbank Leasing LLP.
From 2015 to February 2019, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Board at
KazAgroFinance JSC.
From February to May 2019, Karagoishin served as General Director at the Grain
Consortium of Kazakhstan LLP.
Between 2019 and 2021, he held the role of Deputy Chairman of the Board at
Baiterek Holding, concurrently serving on the Boards of Directors for both the
Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund and the Development Bank of
Kazakhstan.
From 2021 to 2024, he ventured into the private sector, holding various
positions.
