/KASE, February 7, 2024/ – As announced earlier, following a decision of the
Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) dated February 5,
2024, consent was granted for the inclusion of international bonds
XS2754484439 (EBRDe22; KZT33,500.0 mln; 08.02.24 – 08.02.27; floating
quarterly coupon; actual/365) of the European Bank for Reconstruction and
Development in the sector "Securities of international financial organizations"
of KASE official list.
The admittance initiator of said bonds is Tengri Partners Investment Banking
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty).
The effective date of this decision of KASE's Management Board is February 7,
2024.
The opening of trades in said bonds on KASE will be announced later.
