/KASE, February 7, 2024/ – Wholesale and retail trade venture JSC (Almaty),
whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has
informed KASE that by a decision of the sole shareholder dated February 6,
2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the Board of
Directors:
- removed: S. Kim;
- elected: K. Li.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Wholesale and
retail trade venture JSC consists of three persons: I. Kim, K. Li, Zh.
Shapiyev.
