/KASE, January 26, 2024/ – BAST JSC (village Qasqabulaq), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE
that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will be held on
February 27, 2024, by absentee voting with the following agenda:
- approval of an audit organization to conduct an audit of the company for
2023;
- approval of the remuneration of the audit organization for the audit of the
company for 2023;
- adjustment of the company's strategy to ensure the long-term growth of
assets.
