/KASE, January 25, 2024/ – Maten Petroleum JSC (Atyrau), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified KASE that
an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on March 1, 2024
at 10:00 o'clock, with the agenda including the following issues:
- changing the composition of the company's Board of Directors;
- approval of the Regulations on the payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to members of the Board of Directors (except for
independent directors) of the company;
- approval of the Regulations on the payment of remuneration and
compensation of expenses to independent directors of the company.
