/KASE, January 25, 2024/ – Freedom Finance JSC (Almaty), whose securities
are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
that by a decision of the Board of Directors dated January 19, 2024, the
following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of
Directors:
- excluded: A. Salykbaev;
- elected: A. Kolegov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Freedom
Finance JSC consists of five persons: S. Lukyanov, R. Tukanov, T. Nukenov, M.
Sadovnikova, A. Kolegov.
