/KASE, January 24, 2024/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (Qaraghandy) , whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed
KASE that by a decision of the general meeting of shareholders dated January
16, 2024, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's
Board of Directors:
- excluded: A. Gabdullin;
- elected: Y. Raizhanov, E. Baibolov, Y. Baimukhanov.
Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Shubarkol
Premium JSC consists of five people: L. Akanova, Y. Raizhanov, E. Baibolov, Y.
Upushev, Y. Baimukhanov.
