/KASE, January 22, 2024/ – As announced earlier, on January 17, 2024 the
Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include
bonds KZ2P00010770 (OASIpp1; $1,000, $25.0 mln; 7 years; annual coupon,
6.00 % APR; 30/360) of Oasis Logistics LLP (Almaty region) in KASE official
list's "Private placement" market.
The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission is January 19,
2024.
