/KASE, January 9, 2024/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders will begin on
February 22, 2024 at 10:00 o'clock by way of absentee voting, with the agenda
as follows:
- approval of the EGM agenda;
- making amendments to the company's charter.
