/KASE, March 9, 04/ - TNC Kazchrome JSC (Aktobe), whose shares are circulating in the official "B" listing category of Kazakhstan stock exchange Inc (KASE), has informed KASE with the official letter about the fact that in accordance with the decision of its Board of directors dated January 7 of 2004 TNC Kazchrome JSC purchased 3,425 common shares of Open accumulative pension fund "SENIM" CJSC (OAPF SENIM CJSC), that was 12.16% of total number of the fund's floated shares.
