Listing Commission of KASE made decision to include bonds KZ2P00010747 (NCOMpp2) of Fincraft Group in KASE official list's "Private placement" market

/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – On December 29, 2023, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00010747 ($1,000, $100.0 mln; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trading session for the placement of bonds; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP (Almaty) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market. The effective date of this decision of the Listing Commission will be announced later. These bonds have been assigned an abbreviation (ticker) NCOMpp2.
