/KASE, December 29, 2023/ – Subsidiary Organization VTB Bank
(Kazakhstan) JSC (Almaty), whose bonds are officially listed on Kazakhstan
Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE that by a decision of the Board of
Directors dated December 27, 2023, A. Dmitriev was removed from the bank's
Management Board.
Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Subsidiary VTB
Bank (Kazakhstan) JSC consists of three persons: D. Zabello, A. Nelina, D.
Tsykunov.
