/KASE, December 22, 2023/ – As announced earlier, the Management Board of
Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) on December 21, 2023 decided to include
the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds"
category of KASE official list's alternative market:
- KZ2C00010718 (LZGRb6; $1,000, $5.0 mln; 270 days; the coupon is paid
once, will be determined based on the results of the first auction for the
placement of bonds; 30/360);
- KZ2C00010734 (LZGRb7; 1,000 tenge, 2.5 bn tenge; 360 days; semi-annual
coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first auction for the
placement of bonds; 30/360).
The effective date of this decision of the Management Board is December 25,
2023.
The opening of trades in the indicated bonds on KASE will be announced later.
