/KASE, December 22, 2023/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders by way of
absentee voting will begin on February 1, 2024, with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the EGM agenda;
- n the cancellation of the decision on the fourth issue of the agenda of the
annual general meeting of shareholders (Minutes No. 2-23 dated August 29,
2023).
