/KASE, December 19, 2023/ – Shubarkol Premium JSC (Qaraghandy), whose
shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has notified
KASE that an extraordinary general meeting of its shareholders by way of
absentee voting will begin on January 29, 2024, with the agenda as follows:
- on approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- on early termination of powers of a member of the Board of Directors, an
independent director;
- on the election of new members of the Board of Directors;
- on the election of the Chairman of the Board of Directors and approval of the
new composition of the Board of Directors.
