/KASE, December 19, 2023/ – AK Altynalmas JSC (Almaty), whose shares are
officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has informed KASE
about additions to the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders scheduled for December 28, 2023.
Taking into account the additions, the agenda of the extraordinary general
meeting of shareholders includes the following issues:
- approval of the agenda of the extraordinary general meeting of
shareholders;
- on the conclusion by the company of major interested party transactions;
- on approval of the company's charter in a new edition;
- on the conclusion of a major transaction by the company.
